Die AG Unsicherheit lädt zur Info-Veranstaltung (English below):
Im April wird das Bundeskabinett das „Sicherheitspaket 2.0“ beschließen, das viele neue Befugnisse für die Polizei erlauben soll: unter anderem das Abgleichen von biometrischen Daten mit dem Internet (#DanielaKlette) sowie das automatisierter Suchen nach Identitäten (#Palantir).
Außerdem stehen in naher Zukunft eine Neuauflage der Vorratsdatenspeicherung, eine polizeiliche Superdatenbank und neue Kompetenzen für BND und Verfassungsschutz (#Vulkangruppe) an.
Wir wollen euch informieren & gemeinsam diskutieren:
- Welche Befugnisse sollen eingeführt werden?
- Wie funktioniert die Technologie dahinter? (für Einsteiger*innen!)
- Was bedeutet das für uns und unseren politischen Protest?
- Wie und wann können wir dagegen agieren?
Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos und findet mit Unterstützung der Roten Hilfe Berlin statt. Es wird Flüsterübersetzung auf Englisch geben.

In April, the Federal cabinet will approve the “Security Package 2.0,” which is intended to grant the police new powers, including the ability to automatically identify people through comparing their biometric data with data from the internet (#DanielaKlette) and to conduct automated data analyses (#Palantir). We want to inform you and discuss the following issues:
